These Terms and Conditions govern your use of toolswithoutcode.com (the “Site”) and any digital products purchased through it. By accessing the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Tools Without Code

Tools Without Code is operated by Alex, an individual creator. The Site publishes free and paid digital templates for Google Sheets and Notion. Contact is available via the contact page.

2. Digital Products

2.1 What You Receive

Upon purchase, you receive access to one or more of the following: a Google Sheets template link, a Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) file, a written user guide, and associated Apps Script code. Delivery is electronic — no physical goods are shipped.

2.2 Licence

When you purchase a template, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may make copies for your own use across your own accounts and devices.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the template with others for free or for payment
• Use the template as the basis for a competing product or service
• Remove or obscure any attribution to Tools Without Code
• Claim the template as your own work

Free templates published on the Site may be used for personal or commercial purposes without restriction, subject to the same prohibitions on redistribution and resale above.

2.3 No Financial or Legal Advice

Templates on this Site — including budget trackers, expense trackers, FIRE calculators, debt payoff tools, and any AI-generated financial reports — are for informational and organisational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, tax, legal, or professional advice. Results produced by any template depend entirely on the accuracy of data you enter. Always consult a qualified professional for financial or tax decisions.

2.4 AI Features

Some paid templates include optional AI-powered features via Google’s Gemini API. These features require a separate, free API key obtained directly from Google. Tools Without Code does not operate the AI service, store your transaction data, or have access to any information you process through the AI features. AI-generated output (categorisations, financial reports, deduction suggestions) is provided for reference only and may contain errors. Do not rely on it as a substitute for professional advice.

3. Payments and Refunds

3.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes do not affect purchases already completed.

3.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles all payment processing, sales tax collection, and remittance. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s terms of service.

3.3 Refund Policy

Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered as a matter of course.

An exception may be made if: (a) the product file is corrupted or inaccessible and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, or (b) the product does not match its published description in a material way. To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us via the contact page within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including template files, written guides, blog posts, screenshots, and code — is owned by or licenced to Tools Without Code. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute Site content without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted under Section 2.2 above.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Tools Without Code makes no warranty that:

• Templates will be error-free or produce accurate results for your specific situation
• The Site will be available at all times or free from technical issues
• AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tools Without Code shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased from it — including but not limited to financial loss, data loss, or decisions made based on template output or AI-generated reports.

In no event shall total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Scrape or harvest content in an automated manner
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable law

9. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
